Enlisting in the Army Navy

Lucky no. 7 indeed! Situated in Alabang, this is Army Navy’s 7th store and their branches just keeps on growing not just in the metro but all over the Philippines. Their mission: “come in hungry, walk out happy.” And it’s always one mission accomplished trip whenever I stop by here.

I wasn’t able to take photos of the place but it’s all metal and wood that gives one the sense of being outdoors. It’s very raw and unfinished which rides on the whole army-navy theme.

Their onion rings are just okay. It’s not that oily and I can still taste the onion. Not really a fan of this because…

Freedom Fries (P 75)

I’m a fan of THIS. Yes, that photo above. Freedom Fries! I could not stress how much I need to get this whenever I stop by here. It’s really good. I like how it’s a bit spicy and how it’s thinly cut to make one feel the flavor more.

Burger (P 165)
Burger (P 165)

This is their plain burger with just the lettuce, onions and tomato. Though it may seem or look plain, it’s not. The beef patty is juicy enough to fill up one’s grumbling tummy. If you want some additions to this, cheese, bacon, egg, jalapeno and/or sauteed onions may be added (with an additional fee). But this one is good on its own.

Chipotle Crispy Chicken Sandwich (P 185)

One of their new additions, the Chipotle Crispy Chicken Sandwich was a bit of a disappointment for me. I was looking forward to trying this one out as I kept on seeing the billboard as I go home. The chicken was crispy but the sauce was just too little for me. Being that it has chipotle in it, it’s supposed to give my tastebuds some kick but sadly it did not. This was my 2nd try already. I’m sticking to their other dishes instead.

Large Libertea (P 75)

What’s a good way to wash this all down? Well, by drinking their Libertea of course! Yes, they have the usual drinks such as sodas, juice, water and beer. They even have milkshakes. But their Libertea is a must for any meal. The flavor’s not that sweet which stays true to what an iced tea should be. It’s very refreshing and really cleanses one’s palate.

So if you’re craving for a good burger or burrito, head on to Army Navy. The prices of their food justifies how happy and satisfied you’ll be after. Enlist your friends too as this place is good for quick catch up sessions.
