Living up to its name, this shop does offer fresh eats and utensils for one’s culinary needs. The space itself was quite spacious with a couple of artworks hanging on its walls. I liked how raw and simple the place looked as it sets the tone for one casual dining experience.
As suggested by my friend, who I was with at that time, I got their Eggs Benedict. At first, I found the hollandaise sauce to be a lil pale. But when I got a taste of the whole thing, UGH, SO GOOD. The poached eggs were cooked well as the yolk came out beautifully. Though the muffins looked burnt in the photo, it wasn’t at all burnt. Those were just the edges that added this slight crisp to the whole dish. With the addition of some salad, this was one fresh and tasty dish.
Their flat white was a good pair for their eggs ben. Good mixture of espresso and milk that brightened up my day. Good froth on this one too 😛
Coupled with talks of dreams and of the future, this place does inspire diners with their food. The aura was just invigorating that the dishes served at that place make the conversations for long time buddies more meaningful.
So do drop by this place and gear up for one good dining experience. 🙂
