Looking for that very Bad Bird? Search no more! Enter that Hole in the Wall, and you’ll surely find this not-so-naughty bird.
One of the stalls at Hole in the Wall is this black and red section that seems to scream caution. But nobody seems to back out just by looking at that line. This gets long especially during after office hours. Proof of how “bad” their chicken is.
At first I thought, “hey, I could easily finish this!”. But that plate really filled me up good! This set includes two pieces of sweet potato waffles, and 2 pieces of chicken. You then choose the spicy level of the chicken either safe, spicy or chemical. You can have a combination of any which I did. And I chose safe and spicy.
And this gave me a run to drink my soda! My face gets red when I eat spicy food so I’m sure I got a lotta color on my cheeks that time. It’s the kind of spicy that tickles your tastebuds, and slightly burns your throat. It was the good kind of spicy that I really liked.
Ordered this on the side as I couldn’t help wonder how this taste like. Covered in kewpie, cheese, bonito and togarashi (chili pepper), this was sweet and tasty. Being that it has chili peppers in it, I didn’t taste any hints of spicy kick there.
No wonder the line for this gets long. Their dishes are so bad, it’s GOOD. Their crew was fast too. Every chicken was meticulously prepared. I was able to witness this while waiting in line. I’ll surely be back for more of these bad stuff. 😀
