Once you step in at Hole in the Wall, you wouldn’t miss this booth as its placed right smack in the middle. Its signage is a little dim though. Once you line up, you’ll get to see their open kitchen, and witness how they prepare your food. There’s this corner that seems to mimic that of a street somewhere in China perhaps. I found this to be a nice addition to their stall.
During that time, this was the only rice dish available. The lady at the counter assured as that this is their bestseller so we got it. And boy was this good. The pork was rightly sweet and soft. Though this is good for sharing too, I wanted it all to myself. Haha. 😀
These wings were really crispy. And you could see how it was covered in salted egg. The latter wasn’t strong though which is good as it could overpower the chicken. It’s best to have this dipped in the sauce, and coupled with some rice.
So glad I got some of these provisions. Well, me and my family. Haha. In terms of food choices, they only have a few which is okay as it’s easier to narrow down what you’d want. Each dish seemed to showcase a different specialty, and I look forward to trying them all someday. 🙂
