I was really stoked when I saw the tarpaulin that signaled this ramen chain’s opening at Greenbelt. I already had a taste of this at their SM Aura branch but couldn’t quite grasp the taste then. Seemingly, this joint won the “ramen war”. Time to have a taste then so as not to have that nagging thought in my mind.
Their branch here is more spacious and bigger as compared to SM Aura’s. The tables are meant for sharing so having intimate conversations here is close to impossible (unless you have the whole table to yourself and your group).
I like their method of order taking here. They give you this paper with all the choices listed. If it’s your first time, best to have the chef’s recommendation in your chosen ramen. If not, that’s where the fun begins because you get to choose what you want in your ramen.
One of my friends recommended this. Looks like a pesto type of ramen with all the green hues and cheese on top. The taste? Surprisingly delicious. I was almost able to finish the whole bowl. Figures why this is hailed as royalty.
This was just okay. Nothing special.
