Sapphire and Satchmi jeans

This place just makes me want to put my records on, and relax the afternoon away. Oh wait, one can play records at this store. Cool, cool, cool. ๐Ÿ˜Ž

I felt somewhat of a hipster that moment admiring the interiors and records at that store. Even though itโ€™s placed at one of the biggest malls in the country, this place feels cozy and reserved. Interested customers come and go to check out the records that they sell. Of course, a record wouldnโ€™t be complete without its player which they sell too. At its very core, yes, itโ€™s a record store. They also sell other items too. And yes, they sell coffee.

satchmi-flat-white-1It was late morning when I got here but I still needed some coffee buzz to bring me to life. I got their Flat White which had a nice acidity to it. It was well balanced that gave me that caffeine jolt that I needed then. Nice latte art too! Very simple and somewhat hippie. ๐Ÿ˜Ž

Halfway through my drink, I thought that a good book would be the perfect pair (since they don’t sell food). Luckily, they have a couple of books strewn around the place. Got this one which looked like a good read at that time. Got a couple of good tips mostly on the passion side.

If only a cafรฉ like this popped somewhere down south, you would see me on a regular basis. Coffee was good though I wish they had food. But hey, it is a record store that offers coffee. The ambiance was just relaxing with all the cool tunes playing in the background. My favorite part about this store: the Listening Room. Just slide that glass door, choose a record to play, place the stylus on the spinning turntable, and enjoy the rich sound. I did just that, and my experience of listening to M83โ€™s New Map was redefined. Check out the vid of my experience below. Enjoy! ๐Ÿ˜€
