Forming the Assembly

assembly-1Before taking a relaxing walk along Botanic Gardens, I decided to take a quick stop at this coffee shop. I made this as my brunch stop ‘coz we love brunches now don’t we? 😉

The place was a bit full considering that their space was quite small. Luckily, I got to have a seat at their common table (the one with the high chairs). I liked how well-lit this café was with an organic feel to it.

I mean, it’s bacon for crying out loud! And candied bacon at that. I first got a bite of it which was a good mix of the bacon and candy. It got a little sweet when I got too much of it but the waffles were a good balance. The latter was crunchy but still compact on the inside. Alone, it was good but paired with the candied bacon made for a good combo.

assemblyAmidst the slow Sunday crowd, it was nice to have spent some time at this café. I found it to be a relaxing brunch before heading to my walk. 🙂
