Whenever I’m in Singapore, my friends know the drill. We must eat at good restos. Haha. So yes, special thanks to my friends who scour the city for good restos to dine in! Now, time to have some Artichoke.
My friend and I didn’t share dishes. But we probably should have. I mean, the serving was huge. And just look at the filling on that sandwich. Okay, so let’s give credit that it’s a seafood one but still, a gal like me can only take so much greatness. Yes, the combination of spicy crab mayo, shaved fennel salad, tomato ezme and zhoug coriander sauce all make for one really good sandwich. It had hints of spiciness but it was balanced by the other ingredients added in. The paprika fries were on point too with it being crispy and rightly coated with the said spice.
Thick-cut maple glazed bacon chop. Yep, that’s what it said on the menu. Not a slice but a chop. My friend was shocked when this was placed on the table. She paired this with some pita bread which was a good combo too.
