Yep, no seats on this resto. They’re probably aiming for that eat-and-run kinda concept where busy locals can grab steak for quick lunch or dinner. Without the seats, it was a little spacious.
The ordering process for the steak is on a per gram basis. You choose what type of steak to order first. You then go up to the butcher who slices your chosen beef, weighs it, and then affirms if you’re okay with it. It is recommended to try 200 grams or more which is indicated on their menu.
I tried out their local beef which was just perfect. I had it medium rare which yeah, my photo didn’t give it justice. It was juicy, tender and good sans the sauce. I added some of the steak sauce in to add more flavor. To be honest, I am not much of a steak person but this one, I reveled in each bite. This place will surely turn non-steak persons to avid ones.
We might not have eaten Kobe Beef but this right here was good enough. Plus, it’s cheaper compared to that one. Though I would’ve preferred to eat their steak while sitting down, it was still nice to dine in while standing. I felt like I lost weight somehow while standing up. Hahaha. But seriously, the steaks here are good. Spending the last night in this standing room only steakhouse was surely a time well spent.
