So, how do you exactly become a Burger Geek? You have to 1st read up and navigate its location. Once you’ve found the perfect parking spot, head on over a few steps to their yellow-orange logo glory. And then prepare yourself to be educated on their burger classes.
The place was very cute. I especially liked their version of a periodic table of elements. Or it could very well be labeled as burger table of elements. Despite its somehow small space, it’s still able to seat ample amount of people inside. Its interiors managed to make it very open too with its high ceiling.
Not sure if these were prawn crackers but it tasted real good. I liked the addition of nori there.
These were very crunchy and good without any sauce. I liked that the skin was still there. I just found this one to be oily.
Its coating was thin and best to dip it with the sauce. Same with the fries, it was also oily.
This had just the right amount of cream to make it flavorful. I did sense some roasted taste when I bit into the corn. Good as a palate cleanser to the burgers we had for that day.
This is their most basic burger with american cheese, smashed patty, lettuce and tomato. In terms of taste, my mom said that it was a bit salty probably due to the cheese.
The combination of american cheese, smashed patty, lettuce, tomato, shiitake mushrooms, sauteed onions and bbq sauce made for one messy but yummy burger! Though it was a bit salty too (probably the patty mix), I enjoyed the mesh of other ingredients on this.
Ah…finally found a good milkshake! 😀 It was just the right amount of creaminess that I could sip through and through. To be honest, I would go back just for this. Though their other offers were unavailable that time, this classic vanilla mix was good enough for me. 🙂
So, did I become a Burger Geek? A little bit. I found their offers flavorful but bordering on the oily side. Good thing I had my shake to balance it out. But I’ll still gladly attend any class. Must go back for more of those shakes 😛
