And this was just a quick stopover for us. It wasn’t the type of place where you’d hang out for a long time. Seating is very minimal but it is really worth driving by for.
Yep, very few seats here. Haha. There are a couple more outside but that about sums it up. Parking is somehow sufficient being that it’s beside a carwash place. So yeah, you could have your car washed while devouring their offers. In terms of its interiors, it had this grunge feel that makes it seem you’re transported to a different place. It feels authentic. Yes, I felt pretty much at home.
Considered as a house specialty, I enjoyed their Horchata. You could see the bits of cinnamon there that balances with their flavorful dishes.
No wonder people rave about this. It was that good! You could opt to have the soft tortilla version but the fried one was so much fun to eat. A bit messy but it does add that good crunch. It’s good to have this (or any of their tortilla/taco concoction) as your starter.
I immediately saw the jalapeno pieces there and I knew, this was going to be hot! My friend had this and she gave me a slice. Yeah, it had me chugging my drink! Haha. On top of that spiciness, it was still very good and quite cheesy.
I know…it looks the same. No distinction but of course, it differs flavorwise. There were no utensils here so we had to use our hands. I got one slice and got to saw the generous filling on this. Sorry no photo as my hands were pretty oily that time! This was very good. If only I could close my eyes while chewing on this, I would have. But the fear of slumbering kept me awake. 😛
And I shall regard this as taco heaven! It really is. Their offers are very affordable that you could order multiple tacos and be assured that you could very well pay after. Service was fast and the dishes are really good. Indeed, this is one taco shop worth driving by for. 😉
