The Cold Brush of Tamsui River

I remember the lady at the National Palace Museum telling us how nice this place was. We were supposed to go to Yangmingshan National Park but time was against us. We followed her recommendation. We were expecting to see a nice sunset (according to her) at this area. The cold brush of wind greeted us instead. Add the gloomy damp weather and one would feel rightly emotional. Still, there was something charming about this area. With its gray atmosphere, there’s still that sense of warmth and heat here.

There are lots of night markets in Taiwan and yes, there’s one here too. Mostly of food, there are mini-games and even a creepy museum at this side.
