Saying that I liked the art pieces here would be an understatement. Saying that I didn’t enjoy my solo time here would be an understatement too. I very much enjoyed every bit of my stay here. Even if it was just for an hour or so, I got to read a few pages from my book of the month (months really considering that I can’t fix my schedule. Haha 😛 ). With cool tunes in the background, I find this cafe to be a relaxing one. It’s location was away from the city hustle. There were a few establishments nearby but still, the whole environment was just relaxing. It was a good escape from all the stresses of life.
I read in a couple of reviews that their cookie is a must-try. And since I’m a sucker for this sweet treat, I was so glad it was available and mine for the taking! Lol. Seriously though, IT WAS GOOD. I wish this cafe was near my office so I could grab one everyday. Haha. It was on the chewy and soft side. It was served warm too so you could just imagine how the chocolate pieces just ooze out when you take a bite. There were hints of sea salt in which you could actually taste. Ah…I’m having cookie dreams already with this one! 😛
Since it was very hot that day, I decided to go for their Stock Shake which is a dirty espresso milkshake. This was another must-try too and no wonder, it was JUST GOOD. It had a good dose of caffeine that had the right consistency for a milkshake. Not too foamy so that you could still taste the coffee mix. It was perfect to pair with my cookie. 😛
And I just had to do all caps on my description of the offers here. Because THEY WERE ALL GOOD. 😀 Yeah, had to do that one for the road. It was just an overall good cafe where one could be one with their thoughts. It doubles as an art gallery which is a good combo with one’s coffee choices. So if you’re looking for that combo beat, check this one out. I’m sure it’ll ignite your curiosities once again. 😉
