After a year or so, I finally got to visit this hole again. My fave stalls were still there but a couple were replaced. Sad…but it’s exciting to try other dishes. The Beef was one of those stands that opened a little late compared to others. Now, what’s up with this beef?
It was a simple hamburger where one could customize it by adding some condiments. I chose to have none to fully taste the burger. The patty was cooked medium rare which made for a tender and juicy one. Overall flavor was good. It had a tinge of saltiness that was just right. It came with a couple of dips (ketchup and garlic mayo) which were probably for the crunchy fries. I liked the garlic mayo better as it was really garlicky.
This was the recommended drink to me which paired well with the burger. It tasted strongly of the lime which makes it not only a good palate cleanser but a refreshing drink.
I do hope this stall stays. Their burger was just good that I want to have it again. I liked how simple it was without the complications of other burgers nowadays. It is true that they do unclutter the hamburger as taste was the centerpiece of it all.
