Who would say no to some ramen? Especially during the rainy season, it’s the perfect dish to warm up and get cozy. It just gives you all the good vibes you need to get those blues away. And at this museum, one would surely get all that and more.
Every region in Japan has a different ramen specialty. Whether it’s shoyu, shio or miso style, one would surely find a fave. A couple were served at this museum. 9 to be exact. The game was to try them all. But alas, my stomach could only take in so much ramen goodness. 😦
And it was like I was transported in time! They styled it to make one feel like they’re in the 1950s era. It even had a matching background sound. Cool, cool, cool 😎
Same day re-entry is allowed for those who want to try all the ramen choices here. Since that was not an option for us, we only got to try three ramen places here. We got their mini-bowl sized ramens so as to not be really full (though we really were after those ramen rounds). I would say that it’s still a ramen-win as all were really good! So for this week, I’ll be sharing those three places we tried. And yes, trying those out was all for the love of ramen. 😛
