And this was where it all stopped. This was where I had my 3rd ramen bowl that I reflected on my ramen choices. I had to research if too much ramen in one day was bad. After having my chosen ramen here, I decided to stop. I was going to get dizzy in no time from all those ramen goodness. As this shop was here for a limited time only, this was a good last ramen stop at this museum. Hailing from Germany, let’s see what twist they did to the good old ramen.
The place was very chic and modern. I liked the lighting here which was very warm and somehow inviting. It was cozy and had a bar seating where you could see how they prepare your chosen ramen.
And the taste of this was rich yet very gentle in a way. The flavor was inexplicably good. The noodles, which was made from durum flour for pasta and flour for pizza, was on the thicker side. Still, it accentuates the flavor of this yummy ramen.
Upon first sip, the flavor of this might confuse one. I had my mom take a sip, and she was a bit confused. But I was still happy with my chosen bowl. The flavor was very strong that to fully appreciate it, you have to take multiple sips. It’s the type that gets better through constant eating.
Clearly, this was a winner too. Despite not sticking to the traditional ramen formula, the twists of the ramen choices here will still make you feel good. If given the chance to travel to Germany (Frankfurt to be exact), I would definitely look for this resto to satisfy my ramen craving. 😉
And that caps of my ramen madness journey! A sort of food vs. man theme going on here, the food definitely won. I mean, ramen always wins. No matter what the season is or feeling you have at that moment, ramen would always be perfect for that. 🙂
