There was a time when countless froyo shops came in the market. The choices confused me for a while but the ones that lasted are still here today. And then these new kids came. Labeling themselves as serving the country’s first activated-charcoal enhanced frozen yogurt, they might just pave way for another froyo wave.
This has been trending for some time with their gray froyo. It does look good against that green patch. I had the assumption before that their place was big but it was more of a stall with very few seats. I guess I was misled by those green patches. It would have been a quick line but there were lots of customers that time. And the choices to add to your froyo was a lot. They didn’t serve their menu that had premade concoctions due to lack of ingredients. For me, that was good but yeah, probably made delayed froyo decisions for some.
Yep, the gray really looks good against that green background. I chose the cup type but you could get their Dark Skim Cone for P170. That would include two toppings. For the cup, you have your choice of 1 crunch, 2 fruits and a sauce. For the crunch section, there’s an additional P5 if it’s of the premium type. The same goes for the sauce but priced at P10. I tried their Valhrona Vegan Granola (premium crunch) with bananas and drizzled with Cereal Milk. I know…2 fruits right? But they consider bananas as two fruits.
When I had a taste, the combination was just right. The froyo had this smooth and creamy taste. The good thing about Greek Yogurt is that it doesn’t leave you with that sour taste. So one would have a tendency to eat it through. The case was the same for me. The serving was huge and could be shared BUT I finished it. With that froyo combination, it left me filled and very happy.
I wish they had a branch somewhere down south. I liked how they have vegan choices which makes it a healthy indulgence. These kids have been making waves not only with the color of their froyo but with the taste too. Kudos to them for bringing this awesome dessert to the country!
