Do you ever get that feeling sometimes that you just want to eat healthy? With all those holiday festivities, you just want to lose those unwanted pounds. Yeah…gained some but was very happy with it. So glad The Farm Organics is just around the corner to provide some healthy vibes.
The place had this rustic feel to it. It sort of prepares one for a truly organic dining experience. Though it may seem dim, the lights were enough set that healthy mood in.
And these smoothies are perfect for summer! Well, they’re perfect to pair with any dish here. It was indeed fresh and had the right natural sweetness to it.
This salad had organic lettuce, feta cheese, candied walnuts and arugula drizzled with Mango Vinaigrette Dressing. It was one good salad with a really good dressing. One could also have this with The Farm Balsamic Dressing.
They pride themselves in serving fresh homemade pasta daily. Sadly, this missed the mark for me. At first glance, it looked like stir-fried noodles. And it did taste a little bit of that. I was not fond of the pasta or of the whole dish.
Served with Jambalaya Rice, that was one tasteful dish. It didn’t have this overpowering taste that you could still enjoy the taste of the fish with that rice.
So many rice! Haha. But I was happy with that. Yes, this was my dish. I just had to try their steak and of the “certified organic” type. You could have this local/all-natural which is priced at P310. I was pretty happy with the pink hue at the middle. It had this chargrilled taste with the flavor of whatever wood they used, infused greatly in the meat. I could have had it without the mushroom gravy. Yes, it was a really good dish.
And that was one satisfying and healthy meal! Though there was one miss, other dishes lived up to that vibe. In terms of price, it can get expensive but you are served with healthy dishes. Really, dishes here are healthier than most. 😉
