And it’s finally here in Alabang!!! When I saw their sign that they were opening here in the south, I really got excited. I have been meaning to try out their gelatos but their locations were just too far from me. Now that they’re here, I can always get my gelato fix anytime I want. Hihihi 😀
Yes, I got three scoops from this gelateria during their opening last week. The scoops were priced at PhP50 so I just had to drop by and finally taste this. I didn’t do it all in one sitting though. I had two scoops in the afternoon and one in the evening; hence, the change in lighting in the photos above. Speaking of the photos above, I liked how simple and classy their interiors were. It felt geometric for me with all those shapes but it still had this comfy feel to it.
The prices of their gelatos depend if it’s a regular one (P100/scoop) or a premium one (P120/scoop). Let me tell you that even in that price, it’s still worth it. The flavors are quite unique. In terms of texture, it was very smooth and creamy. And in terms of taste, it was just awesome! It stayed true to the flavor indicated. I mean, I had three scoops that day where I had to go back for the 3rd one. So yeah, that’s a testament to just how good it is. For their Salted Egg Cheesecake, I was surprised at how they infused that flavor in. The salted egg taste wasn’t that strong, and was balanced out by the other components. I would have to say that their Mangga & Suman is my fave. It tasted just like mangga and suman. It somehow befuddled me. I also loved their Coffee Crumble. Upon first bite, that Benguet coffee flavor will just hit you but in a very good way. The brownie brittles in made it less strong, thus, making for one good coffee flavored gelato. 😛
Aside from their amazing gelatos, they have shakes and drinks to boot. I want to try their shakes too for they have interesting ones like Ube Salted Egg and Turon shake. And maybe, I’ll have three cups of that one next time? Hahaha. 😀
