Isn’t it nice to relax in the afternoon with a beer in hand? It’s made all the more enjoyable with good food and good conversations. Such a moment happened just a couple of weeks ago upon stepping foot at this gastropub.
I have been meaning to try this out with my best friend. Our schedule finally cleared up, and we decided to dine here on an afternoon; hence, the lack of people (somehow). Plus, we got a good discount from this app. Yes, I live on discounts too. Haha. The place was very lax that it would allow for long conversations to ensue. They have this photo wall were select diners are featured. Our photo was taken too but I’m unsure if we were featured there. Hmm…
I couldn’t stop munching on this! It was so good. I liked the balance of breading and mozzarella here. It wasn’t greasy at all and tasted well with the paired homemade tomato sauce.
The alcohol wouldn’t hit you on this pizza. But one could taste hints of it here. This had a mix of roast garlic, caramelized onions, mozzarella, cheddar and homemade cheese sauce. It was just okay for me.
My friend found this to be a little salty but I found it to be just right. I loved the served fries on this (the fish fillets were on top of it). The fried fish wasn’t oily and had that right crispiness to it. It was best dipped with the served tartar sauce.
It’s pink so we just had to order this. Only one serving of beer that afternoon!
Really not much of an alcoholic drinker. My face easily gets red. Yeah, I got that Asian glow! Haha. Scary though when you see it in person. But this place simply calls for it. It deserved that glow coming from me. I wasn’t able to try their other drink concoctions but their selection of drinks would blow one away. There’s something for everybody, especially those who like to drink. In terms of food, they have good pairings for those. Service was okay. We were well-attended to since there were only a few diners. It is a bit pricey but good for those bonding moments in the afternoon.
