The Pantree: How traditional is Old Fashioned Tapa?

Yes, I have been lagging with my The Pantree posts. I haven’t dined here for some weeks but I shall continue to explore it until I have dined at every stall. Currently, we’re just down to only 3. Yay!

Spicy Tapsilog (P150)

I didn’t expect their serving to be this generous. It well justifies its price. I liked how thinly each meat was sliced. One could get the classic but I opted for the spicy one. Honestly, it was lacking in that heat aspect but nonetheless, I still enjoyed this. The meat was well-seasoned.

In case you’re not in the mood for some tapa, you could also get their Longsilog and Gourmet Tuyo. All meals come with egg, rice and vinegar, and are all priced at P150. That’s a good deal for me as their dishes are tasty and are generous in terms of serving size.
