I have been eyeing this stall since it first caught my eye before it opened. I just had this gut feel that it would be good. First off, it looked sleek with its stall. All those red and yellow details were eye-catching for me. Plus, it’s nice to have a new pretzel maker in town!
I did a little bit of research here, and found that this is the first ever branch in Asia. Hailing all the way from the United States, it found its home in the new wing of Festival Mall. I was quite surprised at their offers as it was quite varied. I just had to have a go at some of it. 😛
Good thing they have combo deals! I actually got their Almond Crunch Pretzel with Calamansi Iced Tea at P130. It even came with some dip. I opted for their Chocolate Dip but you could have Jalapeno Cheese, Cheddar Cheese, Pimiento Cheese, Cheese Sauce, Caramel or Cream Cheese. Yep, seems like heaven for cheese lovers out there. Amiright? Mwehehe. Now, let’s get on to the pretzel review. I loved it! I loved how soft it was and oh so chewy. Their Unsalted Pretzel really has a flavor on its own. It was buttery. Their dips does enhance its flavor. As for their Cream Cheese Stuffed Bites, awesome! I loved the ratio of the dough and cream cheese. But absolute fave was their Almond Crunch Pretzel. Probably a little biased here as I like almond, but it was just good. It had the right crunch with that very tasty pretzel. Good to finish it off with their Calamansi Iced Tea.
It seems that I’ll be dropping by this stall often whenever I’m in the area. Hahaha. I really liked their pretzels. It is soft and yes, freshness with a twist. I find their price to be quite reasonable. There are enough seat for customers but it’s the type of food that you could snack while strolling the mall. You could even take it home which I did (and it still tasted good). Looking forward to trying out their other offers, especially their Pretzel Dog. Yum! 😀
